4-day Triathlon Swim Stroke Technique and Efficiency Training
This three day training session is focused on swimming technique to increase your efficiency in the water. We will emphasize key aspects of the freestyle stroke including body position in the water, rhythmic breathing, arm stroking mechanics, and how to put it all together to help you become a more efficient swimmer! Swimming specific warm ups and functional strength exercises will also be introduced. Open to everyone wanting to increase their swimming efficiency. Must be able to swim 20 lengths.

What to Bring
CA membership card or photo ID, swimsuit, goggles, cap, and Zoomer Fins (can be bought at Cy's in Catonsville or online), water bottle.
CA members: $65

non-members can set up an online account by visiting the Supreme Sports Club follow these steps:
Login in with CA membership number (include extention i.e. XXXX.01) and password
If you do not have an account click "do not have a login" to set one up, you will need your membership number, date of birth, and zip code.
After logging in click "Program Registration"
click "change" next to site and select "Supreme Sports Club" from drop down menu
under session select "SSC winter/spring 2013" from the drop down menu
under course select "Tri/Stroke"
Then hit "SEARCH" button on the right side.
Add the program to your cart and proceed to check out.

Ask to enroll in the "TriStroke" program. If you plan calling or registering in person, I recommend doing so in the morning between 8:00AM and 2:00 PM when the gym is less crowded.
