Coach Liz Flynn successfully competed at her second Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii on October 8, 2011. She delivered a stellar performance on a extremely hot day that rendered other athletes helpless. Liz, competing in the 40-44 age group, finished 15th in her age group having realized a PR of 35 minutes off her previous 2008 time.
